Matcha Fuel Bites

matcha flax buckwheat sesame

1 1/2 c whole flax seeds
1 c sesame seeds (UNTOASTED)
1/2 almond flour
1/4 hemp seeds
2 T liquid coconut oil
1/2 c maple syrup
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 c water
10 pitted dates
3 T matcha powder

6 oz bag Lil Bucks Sprouted Buckwheat Crunch (matcha hemp vanilla)

In a high powered blender or coffee grinder grind batches of flax into a meal. Repeat with sesame both being careful not to over-process and turn in to butter. Add everything to the blender accept the Lil Bucks. Blend until smooth. WIth a spatula scoop out into a bowl. In a separate bowl dump the 6 oz of matcha buckwheat.
Roll the dough into 1" balls and roll into buckwheat, pressing to imbed if needed.

Keeps in the refrigerator for a week.
