Mustard Seed and Brussels Sprouts
3 cups Brussels Sprouts, ends trimmed, shaved
2 T toasted sesame oil
1 T yellow mustard seeds
juice of 1 lemon
3 T minced chives
sea salt and pepper
Heat sesame oil in a cast iron skillet. Add mustard seeds and heat until they begin to sputter. Add thinly sliced brussels sprouts and stir quickly. Season with salt and pepper. Stir fry for 5 minutes until sprouts begin to wilt. Toss with lemon juice and chives.
