Summer Arame Salad

kale arame shiso

2 c kale, shredded
1 c grated carrots
1 c fresh corn
½ c thinly sliced red radishes
½ c chopped celery
1 c arame, soaked in warm water
½ c scallions, diced
2 T cilantro minced or shiso leaf

DRESSING:
½ c water
¼ c lemon juice
2 T tahini
2 tsp shoyu
¼ tsp sea salt and ¼ tsp pepper

Drain and rinse arame. Remove as much liquid as possible. Toss all veggies in a large bowl. Then, whisk dressing ingredients and add to the rest, mixing well.
