Cacao Nib Peanut Butter Maca Balls

1 c dry cacao nibs, process in coffee grinder to powder
1 c dry raw cashews, process in coffee grinder to powder
2 T maca powder
3/4 c raw sunflower seeds
Pinch sea salt or Himalayan pink salt
6 coconut date hunks from bulk bin
(they’re mashed dates rolled in unsweetened coconut)
1 c creamy unsweetened no salt/oil added peanut butter
1/4 c liquid coconut oil
4 T maple syrup

Grind the cashews and nibs. Put in a medium mixing bowl. In a sturdy food processor pulse the date bars and sunflower seeds. Mix everything in the medium bowl and roll into balls. Easy. Takes no more than 15 min.
